WHAT: Two of Florida’s fan-favorite boutique hotels – Epicurean Hotel in Tampa and Luminary Hotel & Co. in Fort Myers – are hosting immersive, one-of-a-kind “Coffee Connoisseur” events led by Ulli Winckler, Master Coffee Roaster at Dean Street Coffee Roastery & Retail inside Luminary Hotel & Co., and president of Rebel Coffee in Cape Coral. The German-born master roaster has been in the coffee and tea industry for decades and will explore the art and science behind one of the world’s most beloved beverages.
During these simmering sessions, Winckler will reveal the secret history of coffee, discuss different varieties and roasting methods, and provide guests with a tasting flight of rare and exotic coffees. Each class includes a live roasting demonstration, unlimited coffee, freshly baked assorted pastries, and a personalized certificate of completion. Tickets are $30 per person at Epicurean Hotel and $35 per person at Luminary Hotel & Co.
